Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you choose. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel anytime.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the links in your order confirmation email or through your account.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the remaining balance at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return or refund according to our returns policy.
